Customer Service:   If you have any questions you can call us Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (PST)  at 1-877-859-9835 or  1-909-859-9835 and leave us a message OR you can email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays at sales@thetrendybed.com or thetrendybed@gmail.com  for a prompt response.

Placing Your OrderYou can place your order using our secure shopping cart ordering system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.   If you have any questions regarding your order you can call us at 1-877-859-9835 or email us at sales@thetrendybed.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  If you notice something incorrect with your order upon receipt of confirmation copy please call us at 1-877-859-9835 or email us at sales@thetrendybed.com as soon as possible.  If you do not receive a confirmation from The Trendy Bed please do NOT assume your order has been corrected.  The Trendy Bed can't be held responsible for unsuccessful emails, spam, or junk submissions.  All emails should be confirmed and responded to within 24 hours.

ShippingHoliday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer and we will do our best to keep you informed at all times.  In addition, please allow up to 5 business days from the day your order has been shipped for UPS Ground.  Deliveries to be delivered within the continental United States only.  Shipments can NOT be delivered to a PO Box.  Incorrect addresses will be subject to a $5.00 UPS correction fee.  

The Trendy Bed has instrumented Free Shipping;  Free Shipping applies to within the Continental USA and UPS Ground only.  All other shipping methods will be paid in full by the customer.  No credit towards other shipping methods will be applied by The Trendy Bed. 

Receiving Your Order:   When you receive your order please open and inspect it to be sure it is exactly what you ordered. If the item is incorrect please call us at 1-877-859-9835 or email us at customerservice@thetrendybed.com for assistance.  Please keep item in the origianal packaging and keep the box in case you need to return it.  

Return PolicyCustomer Satisfaction is our top priority.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, please contact us within 15 days of receipt.  All new and unused items considered for a refund must be returned in their original condition, complete with tags and original packaging intact.  Refunds can not be given on USED  and/or WASHED bedding.  There is a 20% Re-stocking fee on all returned items in the same NEW, UN-USED condition.  USED BEDDING IS NOT RETURNABLE, once you put it on your bed and spend "1" night with your new bedding it is considered used! 

We can not accept for refund or exchange the following products:  OPEN bed sheets, mattress pads, sleeping pillows, down comforters, wool comforters, featherbeds, custom bedding, velvet or satin bedding, and all special and semi-custom "made to order" bedding.   No returns on bedding of any kind once washed

All returns are subject to inspection and The Trendy Bed reserves the right to refuse any merchandise.  Shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable. 

Made to Order bedding is bedding that is made just for you; per your complete specifications. The Trendy Bed can not accept returns on made-to-order, semi-custom, and custom size bedding.   We 100% guarantee against defects - all defects will be replaced by the manufacturer.  If you need a replacement it will be provided for any manufactured defects at no cost to the customer.  The manufacturer does have the right to request product returned to correct defect if feasible.

A Return Authorization number / approval MUST be issued on all returns, without this authorization no refunds will be issued.

Free Shipping Returns:  If you return an item that was shipped to you at no charge, a refund of the full purchase price minus a 20% restocking charge may be incurred.  If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please feel free to contact us. 

Any request for a refund after 15 days will be denied, and credit will not be issued on used, returned items.  The Trendy Bed has the right to deny a return due to being seasonal or quantity of order.  We cannot accept any returns of merchandise that have been used, laundered, or soiled.

We do not COD returns of any kind.

Please call or email customer service if you have any questions on which items are non-returnable or have a restocking fee, return authorizations will only be issued by calling or emailing customer service direct. Replacements or refunds are normally issued within 1 to 2 weeks of receipt of return or after inspection of item if required.  When purchasing bedding please double check your sizes and colors, The Trendy Bed truly wants happy customers.  

The Trendy bed needs to be respectful to all it's customers, The Trendy Bed will not sell used bedding returned from another customer. We ask all our customers to be respestful as well.  If you know you are going to return it, please do not put it on your bed to "try it out".  All "used" bedding that is returned to The Trendy Bed is given to the Goodwill and no refund will be offered.

Special Order Items:  All products which are indicated as "Special Order" are NON-RETURNABLE.  All 2-Tone comforters, duvets or ensembles, special sizes, special drop lengths, and special colors are custom orders, and are not returnable.  Refunds or credits will not be issued on special order items.  Please double check your sizes and colors before ordering.  All Bridal Satin and Velvet orders are considered special orders and are non-returnable.  Color swatches can be sent for all custom bedding.

Cancellations:   If you wish to cancel your order please contact us at customerservice@thetrendybed.com  or call us at 877-859-9835 within 48 hours of placing your order to allow the manufacturers an opportunity to cancel the order before it is cut.  All cut-to-made orders that are cancelled after 48 hours can be subject to a 10% cancellation charge.  If you do not receive a confirmation from The Trendy Bed please do NOT assume your order has been cancelled. 

Shipping Status  You may e-mail The Trendy Bed for status inquiries.  Please provide name of person who placed order, name of person item is shipping to, and brief description of items ordered.  Tracking numbers may be available for all shipments, if an order has been shipped and is past due for delivery, miss-delivered or possibly lost by the shipping company, you may contact The Trendy Bed at 1-877-859-9835 to have the package tracked.

Backorders, Product Delays, and Out of Stock ItemsBackorders are a result of manufacturer delays in producing and/or receiving products to be shipped directly to our customers.  The Trendy Bed may choose to partial ship an item and backorder the remainder of any item ordered and ship that item at a later date at no additional cost to the customer.  It's possible that some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size, manufacturer and mill delays or other unforeseen circumstances.  Customers will be notified if items ordered are out of stock, has been discontinued and is no longer available.  Please feel free to check availability on any item before ordering at 877-859-9835 or email us at sales@thetrendybed.com

CatalogsWe do not offer printed catalogs at this time.

Product Colors:  Although we make every effort to provide true and accurate colors for our products listed on our web site and as a result of individual computers and monitor settings, we cannot guarantee the color(s) viewed on ones monitor will be an exact match to the actual material colors delivered, in addition, we also cannot guarantee that if a fabric swatch is sent that the piece received will match an item ordered of the same material at any other time as dye lots and fabric colors and textures along with fabric weight can slightly change and may be different from time to time per the manufacturer. If you are ordering a made to order item it is best to order all pieces at the same time to guarantee all products are made from the same bolt of fabric for a perfect color match.   

Product Sizes:  All sizes for products advertised are based on information provided by the manufacturer of the item, sizes may vary slightly depending on conditions during manufacturing, production, material content and washing.  Bedding manufacturers will give us the CUT measurement of the comforter because every finished product will vary due to seam allowance and amount of fill in each comforter.  The Trendy Bed and its suppliers and manufacturers are not responsible for shrinkage of material.

Payment:  The Trendy Bed uses Pay Pal for all its credit card payments.  Cashier check, money orders and personal checks are accepted for mail-in orders, Personal checks may delay order processing 10 to 14 days to allow for check clearance.  Credit and debit cards will be authorized upon receipt of order and charged at time of ordering.

Normal Business Hours:  Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 3:00pm Pacific West Coast Time.  The Trendy Bed offices will be closed during all major Holidays.

The Trendy Bed has the right to refuse service or cancel order and refund buyer 100% of purchase price for any reason.
